Our body is a complicated matrix of muscles and tissues

Everyone has trigger points on their body. Trigger points are the gateway to our intricate web of muscles and tissues. 

As we get older (and wiser), our muscles begin to lose their vitality and are exposed to greater risk of activated trigger points following trauma, stress, overuse, inactivity or injury.
