Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped as well as a delivery tracking number shortly after your order so you can check the status of your order delivery time. Please input this code based on the trusted carrier mentioned in the email or text from us using the following links: Northline, MainfreightAusPost and Hunter Express.

 

Delivery Time

Our stock is sitting in our warehouse in Brisbane Australia, so as soon as we get an order it's immediately dispatched. Depending on your area, delivery can take up to but not limited to 3-4 business days for local deliveries (including Brisbane, Goldcoast, Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas). Outer regional area may take up to 14 days after dispatch.

 

However, since shipping times depend on our delivery partners we are not responsible for the delivery and delivery times of your goods once dispatched. Delays in shipping do occasionally occur and we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery delays. an

Assembly & Rubbish Removal Services
Our carriers will be equipped with a tailgate to unload the goods from the truck, however, our carriers do not offer assembly services and will not carry items past your front door.

It is your responsibility to arrange for a means to bring the goods inside (whether by requesting assistance from neighbors or friends or otherwise).

If you need assistance with installation and rubbish removal, please give us a call on 1800 577 569 and we will be sure to help you out. For local areas only additional charges may apply.

Domestic Shipping Rates

For orders within the vicinity of metropolitan areas (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney areas) we offer a FREE delivery sevice. To find out whether you fall within our limits please input your post code for delivery at check out and if you fall within one of our serviced areas a FREE option will be available under the shipping section.

For areas that fall outside our servicable area we offer a flat rate of: $300 for our large bulky items such as beds and chairs and $50 delivery for our smaller portable products.

Instore pick-up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 84 Parramatta Road Underwood QLD 4119. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

 

  • Please wait for notification before picking up your order. 

  • Please be aware a truck or van will be needed for large items.

  • Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup. 

  • Store opening hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm (excluding public holidays)

International Shipping

We currently do not ship, offer nor service our products outside of Australia.
