We offer a 30 day return policy given the customer retains the original packaging and the product is not damaged in any way.

Instructions:

Should the customer wish to return the goods they must notify us via email along with their receipt/proof of purchase. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on your area, delivery can take up to but not limited to 1-3 business days. Outer regional/remote areas may take a bit longer. You will receive notification as well as a Delivery Tracking Number once dispatched.

For orders within the vicinity of metropolitan areas (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney areas) we offer a FREE delivery service. To find out whether you fall within our limits please input your post code for delivery at check out and if you fall within one of our serviced areas a FREE option will be available under the Delivery Method section. Areas that fall outside our serviceable area may incur additional costs.

📦 Assembly & Rubbish Removal Services

We offer FREE assembly and rubbish removal services for Queensland residents only. Services outside of Queensland will incur an extra cost; For prices please nominate your preference at checkout under the Delivery Method section and the fee will be displayed.

We provide local pickup at our main office warehouse at 84 Parramatta Road Underwood QLD 4119.
