Change of Mind Policy
Unlike many bed and mattress companies. We offer a 30 day return policy given the customer retains the original packaging and the product is not damaged in any way. Should the customer wish to return the goods they must notify us in writing along with their receipt/proof of purchase. The goods are to be returned at the customer's own cost. Please note the customer may also incur extra charges for repackaging & restocking fees.

Refunds
If you are entitled to refund, return or exchange an item in accordance with our terms, please email info@bedtimestore.com.au with the following information:

100 Night Trial Comfort Guarantee
Our 100 Night Comfort Guarantee applies when you purchase a mattress protector and it appears on the same invoice as your mattress. You must use the mattress protector at all times and sleep on the mattress for 100 nights from the date of delivery. This is the minimum amount of time it can take for your body to adjust to a new mattress.
If you're still unhappy, send an email to info@bedtimestore.com.au before your trial expires. Shipping costs are covered in South East Queensland only. If you are outside of this area, you must ship the mattress back to our nearest distribution centre at your own cost.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on your area, delivery can take up to but not limited to 1-3 business days. Outer regional/remote areas may take a bit longer. You will receive notification as well as a Delivery Tracking Number once dispatched.

For orders within the vicinity of metropolitan areas (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney areas) we offer a FREE delivery service. To find out whether you fall within our limits please input your post code for delivery at check out and if you fall within one of our serviced areas a FREE option will be available under the Delivery Method section. Areas that fall outside our serviceable area may incur additional costs.
📦 Assembly & Rubbish Removal Services
We offer FREE assembly and rubbish removal services for Queensland residents only. Services outside of Queensland will incur an extra cost; For prices please nominate your preference at checkout under the Delivery Method section and the fee will be displayed.

We provide local pickup at our main office warehouse at 84 Parramatta Road Underwood QLD 4119.
