Do electric/adjustable beds work with any mattress?

Answer

We highly reccomend you choose from one of our selected mattress range - They all work amazingly, however, any other mattress as long as it is compatible with adjustable foundations will be ok! If you don’t know whether or not your existing mattress will work on an adjustable frame, ask the manufacturer or the store you bought it from.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Answer

We currently only ship our products Australia Wide. We offer FREE delivery to metropolitan areas (around city centres like brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney). Delivery time for these areas can be 1-4 days. For Deliveries further a field will require a delivery fee which can be seen at check out. Returns, Warranty & Maintainance

Returns Unfortunately, no. To minimise our impact on landfill and preserve public health and safety, we cannot accept any returns due to a change of mind. If you are ordering online, it's important that you take the time to confirm your order, as our obligations will be fulfilled on dispatch. Our Sleep Specialists are trained to help you make a fully informed decision. If you're concerned about anything, we encourage you to call and ask questions. Based on the information you share with us, our Sleep Specialists will be able to make a recommendation that is specific to your health needs and personal choices. We accept Mastercard, Visa and paypal right here on our store! All you have to do is pop in your credit card details at check out. Which can be found by clicking the basket in the top right corner of this website.

We also offer a Buy Now, Pay Later with zero deposit and interest finance plans via PAYRIGHT. We can determine your eligibility and process your application over the phone. You will either be approved, declined or asked to supply more documentation such as a recent bank statement and utility bill.
